OVERVIEW CBG

Compressed Biogas (CBG) is a clean, renewable energy source produced by organic waste (like food, agricultural, sewage, municipal solid waste)

After purifying and compressing raw Biogas methane content is increased to > 95%, which making it similar to CNG.

CBG stored and transported like CNG and used as clean transported fuel.

CBG Overview showing plant operations and green energy landscape
Why CBG

Replace Imports

India imports 80% of natural gas, this is huge opportunity to replacement by CBG

Growing Demand

Growing demand from gas distribution companies and supported by government

Huge Profit Margins

Significant revenue potential from Bio-CNG and bio-manure as products

Valuable By-product

FOM (fermented organic manure) generated as by-product for agriculture

OUR SUPPORT AS EPC PARTNER

End-to-end support from feasibility to operations, we are your complete CBG plant partner.

Raw materials (feedstock) identification procurement guidance

Identify the source, availability, and management of feedstock, such as municipal solid waste (MSW), Napier grass, cattle dung, agricultural residue, or press mud.

Location and layout

Justify the chosen site, considering proximity to feedstock sources and end-users to minimize transport costs. Provide details on the required land area and the plant's layout.

Technical Feasibility

Check technical feasibility, technology selection and preparation of DPR.

Plant licencing & establishment

Overall support to establish CBG plant and its making it operational at its full capacity and training to staff for operation and maintenance.

Government scheme support

Hand holding to register on government portals registration and subsidy disbursement.
